1. Who we are

This online store at pawifi.store is operated by Mark Klymovych & Yurii Zakatianskyi GbR, trading as pawifi.store, Rhinstraße 143, 10315 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). Email: uramen968@gmail.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to every order you place with us.

2. Using our store

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

3. Our products

  • Our products are comfort and lifestyle products for sleep and rest. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a health condition, such as a sleep disorder or neck, back or joint pain, please talk to a doctor.
  • Our earplugs are designed for comfort and noise reduction during sleep. They are not hearing protection equipment and have no Noise Reduction Rating (NRR).
  • Our mouth tape and nasal strips are comfort products for sleep. They are not a medical treatment and are not suitable for children or people with breathing difficulties or sleep apnea.
  • Our blue-light glasses are not prescription eyewear and do not correct vision.
  • Please follow the care and use instructions that come with each product.
  • We try to show colors, sizes and details accurately, but small differences from the photos are possible.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (for example Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We do not store your full card details.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

After you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we received it. The contract is concluded when we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouses. Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will let you know and you can cancel for a full refund. The risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Warranties

If a product arrives damaged or defective, our Refund Policy explains how we fix it. Except as stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, and only to the extent permitted by law, we do not give any additional express warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to injury to life, body or health, or to any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, photo or comment, it must be honest and based on your own experience, and you give us the right to show it on our website and social media. We do not pay for positive reviews and we do not publish fake reviews. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product.

11. Intellectual property

The text, images, videos, logos and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where you live, including its mandatory consumer protection laws. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Changes and other terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
